    or installed a software that added plug-in to outlook?

    1) Navigate to Program Files (x86)/Microsoft/Office/Office14.
    2) Right click on Outlook.exe, and click on Run as administrator
    3) Navigate to File/Options/Add-ins. Near the bottom of the dialogue box, click on the Go button to manage Com add-ins.
    4) Uncheck one or more add-ins that you may not need . Microsoft Sharepoint Server Colleague Import, Itunes, Microsoft Social Connector,

    -- Type this command:
    Outlook.exe /resetnavpane>

    -- Click Ok.

    Hopefully that helps with your problem, but if for some reason it doesn't work you could try the following. It will open Outlook as when you use it the first time but it will keep all your data:

  3. Sounds like it is trying to open a PST (email archives) that is not available or that you don't have permission to open it.

    Open the control panel, and goto Mail. It should come up with three options, and you will want Data Files. What is listed here? There should not be too much listed here, unless you have created email archives, which you will probably recognized.
